Meet Murray Bodnaruk

Experience and Approach

Murray has practiced law for nearly three decades, working in large and small firms, as a partner and as a sole practitioner. He has successfully represented clients at all three levels of court in Alberta, including the

• Alberta Court of Justice
• Court of King’s Bench of Albert
• The Court of Appeal

Murray Represents individuals;  not corporations. He’s known for being diligent, approachable, and guided by a strong sense of fairness and justice.

He believes the foundation of effective legal representation is listening. By understanding each client’s unique circumstances and goals, Murray works to provide clear advice and practical strategies to help them move forward with confidence.

He is also committed to ongoing professional development and stays current with changes in the law to better serve his clients.

Background

A lifelong Alberta resident, Murray grew up on a farm in central Alberta before moving to Edmonton to attend the University of Alberta. His upbringing instilled in him a strong work ethic, practical mindset, and appreciation for straightforward communication – qualities he brings to his legal practice every day.

Outside the Office

When he’s not practicing law, Murray enjoys spending time outdoors – walking his dog (Daisy), hiking, biking, and exploring the mountains. He also enjoys riding his Harley-Davidson motorcycle and listening to classic rock and the blues.
